xPOINT21 (Crosspoint Nijuichi) is a consortium which is exchanging management strategies in between, organized by XON Holdings Co., Ltd. It based on the concept of effective and profitable businesses in the 21st century.
Our purpose is growing together with the managers of SME who are motivated to improve the company and establishing a "safety net management" by the original business scheme of continuity.
We aim to realize new management technology and organizational management that are not affected by both strong and weak economy. Furthermore, every time we are sharing knowledge and information while researching and exchanging opinion on important topics.

Based on the purpose which create a safety network that contributes to the economic efficiency of each of them by sharing and solving common issues of IT SME managers and thinking and practicing various collaborative fields, xPOINT21 started the year 2000 with few business partners at the time.
The numbers of participant companies have exceeded 40 and the xPOINT21 event has been held more than 190 times. The number one reason for, continued to be held for a long time is the warm and kind cooperation and support of the participant members. On behalf of the organizer, I would like to express my sincere and deepest gratitude to all the participants.
We intend to improve the overall economic efficiency of xPOINT21 by continuing to our initial vision, Increasing the number of participants, researching, and establishing optimal and rational SME management for the new era.
